The White House Inn was a Queen Anne style mansion built on Washington Street in the late 19th century. Prior to becoming a hotel, it was the home of George Flower, the brother of Roswell P. Flower. The hotel was torn down in the late 1960's to make room for the Dulles State Office Building.
