Carthage Post Office[edit | edit source]

The Carthage Post Office was built in 1935. The brick structure is significant as being one of 162 new post office buildings that were commissioned by a federal government building program during the The Great Depression. The Colonial Revival style building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
