Cherie R. Dobbin, age 15, was stabbed numerous times by her "friends" after watching the movie "Colors" about gang violence. Her body was found in September 1994 in a wooded area on Plaza Drive in Watertown, New York. Dustin Noftsier, 14, was sentenced to 7 years to live on April 17, 1995. Patrick McConnell, age 16, received 24 years to life on July 24, 1995. Cherie lived in Belleville, New York.
