Burrville cider is made every autumn from fresh New York State apples with no preservatives or pasteurization. The cider comes directly from the presses, which anyone can watch in action in the small press room downstairs. At various times, the 207-year-old mill was used as a sawmill and a gristmill operated by water power from the adjacent scenic waterfalls.
The mill also makes fresh doughnuts and sells all types of food, notions, and pumpkins for jack-o-lanterns.
